Roquefort and Dates Bites INGREDIENTS
- 5 Medjool Dates: La Biologique or l'(a)typique variety
INGREDIENTS
- 75 grams of Roquefort cheese
- 100 grams of softened butter
- Whole almonds (optional)
- Young sprouts (optional)
PREPARATION
Soften the butter at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Cream the softened butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Crumble in the Roquefort cheese and beat until well combined.
Halve the Medjool dates and remove the pits. Pipe the Roquefort butter mixture into the date halves.
Top with crushed almonds, additional Roquefort crumbles, and a sprinkle of microgreens.
If you’re short on time, soften the butter by cutting it into small pieces and microwaving on low power in 10-second intervals. Avoid melting the butter.
