Homemade Dates and Cocoa Spread INGREDIENTS
- 15 Medjool Dates: l'(a)typique variety (approximately 300g)
INGREDIENTS
- 20 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50 grams of almond flour
- 15 centiliters of almond milk or a plant-based milk
PREPARATION
Remove the pits and stems from the Medjool dates. Dice the dates. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
One advantage of plant-based milk is its longer shelf life compared to animal milk. This spread can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week. For optimal texture, we suggest allowing it to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before spreading.
