Dates Deglet Nour on branch
Our deglet nour dates have been carefully selected in the Tolga oasis, from quality bunches during the annual harvest which takes place from mid-November to mid-December.
These dates are 100% natural, fleshy, soft and “fatty”, so they are more fragile. We recommend that you keep them cool as soon as you buy them and keep them in the refrigerator once opened so that they last longer!

Rich in fiber, carbohydrates and B vitamins, potassium and magnesium, Deglet Nour dates are good for the heart, give energy and are effective against intestinal laziness.
How to taste it?
The Deglet Nour date goes perfectly in sweet preparations such as pastries or desserts, but also savory ones with raw fish, cheese or foie gras. It is an alternative to sugar in smoothies and will give you energy at any time of the day thanks to the sugars naturally present.
